以人為本，不是說說而已
由于學(xué)校原因和疫情原因，在好不容易拿到offer之后如何獲取準(zhǔn)許實習(xí)證明成為最大的難題，學(xué)校不同意，公司又非得要，好不容易拿到的實習(xí)offer握在手里好像隨時都有可能變成廢紙，晚上十點打電話給candice（我當(dāng)時的大老板）一遍遍確認(rèn)，太珍視寶潔以至于是近乎哀求的語氣，candice因為也是吉大的，幾乎動用了所有的關(guān)系幫我去聯(lián)系學(xué)校是否可以通融，那個時候發(fā)現(xiàn)，寶潔的人并不只會按規(guī)矩辦事，他們更希望你可以收獲自己真正想要的東西，care people從來也不是嘴上說說。后來經(jīng)過一番運作我也終于改變學(xué)院規(guī)則，但拿到準(zhǔn)許實習(xí)證明的時候，旅程在剛剛開始。
welcome lunch是和work plan一起來的，打開郵箱發(fā)現(xiàn)的是密密麻麻的日程表，跑店門店覆蓋五十家，幫助線上連鎖便利實現(xiàn)收入增長50%，現(xiàn)在回頭來看是很容易的事情，但對于當(dāng)時的我簡直就是要我上天。感謝yolanda一遍遍給我加油鼓勁，我還記得第一天跑店額賣到四百時候的開心，第一個月的跑店額達(dá)到了1.8x，那個時候覺得自己好厲害，沒想到真正suffer的項目就在不遠(yuǎn)處等著我。
八月，是禍不單行
八月的一開始是閉門羹，太忙，不見，有會。負(fù)責(zé)的客戶好像是聯(lián)合國秘書長。管理的不是兩百個門店，是兩百個國家。挫敗感必然會來，但果然禍不單行，yolanda陪我跑店的時候打的三分好像是當(dāng)頭一棒，讓我曾經(jīng)信誓旦旦給其他實習(xí)生做經(jīng)驗分享變成了個笑話。當(dāng)天1-1是在車上，我回公司還要加班處理冠寓的活動。yolanda心平氣和的對我說?，F(xiàn)在說你有問題總比最終的時候說好，你要記住你是寶潔經(jīng)理，要像寶潔經(jīng)理一樣思考生意。
生意是什么，能吃么，我要的是KPI啊，我沒敢直接說，怕yolanda把我從車上趕下去。
但項目還是要繼續(xù)，開學(xué)促毫無進展，跑店任務(wù)還要完成，冠寓項目連影子都沒有。晚上的時候和詩涵吃飯，原來大家的悲歡大抵相同，我愁我的洗衣粉，她愁她的洗發(fā)水，600ml還不如可樂重的東西讓我們在濟南的夏天一點也不快樂。
寶潔的經(jīng)理們是真的愿意幫忙，當(dāng)我和璇姐，萌萌姐說出來我的問題的時候，他們完全忽視了我的吞吞吐吐，處理起來就好像是在處理自己的事情，大有一副老弟你咋才說，姐給你整啊的架勢，從選品到定價，從陳列到露出，線上線下，當(dāng)知道我的困難的時候不僅現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)教學(xué)，還搬來了專門負(fù)責(zé)CVS渠道的Allen，一個JBP匯報文件甩過來又聊了45min，寶潔的培訓(xùn)不僅僅是在onboarding的時候發(fā)的幾個PPT，7：2：1真實存在的。
當(dāng)我拿著PPT在采購經(jīng)理面前一通胡吹亂泡之后，短短兩個星期，增長就達(dá)到了50%，看著價格帶越來越高，突然有一種自己的崽終于會把自己賣了的感覺（bushi）
真正的CBD，個個都是全能型人才
冠寓項目是所有項目里面最bug的存在，只是當(dāng)時隨便提了一句可以搞這個項目，就被yolanda從七月初push到八月中旬，和詩涵一起在充滿蚊子的會議室里討論，從客群調(diào)查到選品定價，從活動場地聯(lián)系到物料最終確定，社群運營里充當(dāng)水軍，海報里做畫圖小弟，背著易拉寶橫跨濟南。我到現(xiàn)在都記得易拉寶剛放完就被不知道哪個住戶撕了（在此衷心祝福他祖墳發(fā)大水）聯(lián)系agency重做的時候的焦急。以及發(fā)傳單的時候心里對各愿意接傳單的各位爸爸們的感激。
最終結(jié)果是，因為選品的問題，最終KPI險勝，在此感謝summer姐的olay大紅瓶促銷，KPI的增長極全靠olay，OLAY yyds
結(jié)束的時候yolanda問我，以后這個經(jīng)歷會體現(xiàn)在簡歷上么，受制于慘淡的結(jié)果當(dāng)時恨不得當(dāng)場裝醉的我一臉慷慨激昂的表示以后一定要以此為恥，但現(xiàn)在想一想，那可是分銷商花了好多錢不求回報的給我們上了一課，這樣的機會，大概不是每個公司的客戶都愿意給實習(xí)生的。當(dāng)然，龍湖物業(yè)之后引進了這樣一個生態(tài)模式，最終是否促成就未可知了，但是當(dāng)我知道原來我的活動也是可以幫助到分銷商的時候，著實高興了好久。
不會賣衛(wèi)生巾的銷售不是好老爺們
yolanda讓我最后一個星期參加護舒寶大促的時候我是拒絕的，畢竟對于一個衛(wèi)生巾貼哪都不知道的男生而言，衛(wèi)生巾好像是另外一個世界的產(chǎn)物。但在那天晚上剪了一晚上的衛(wèi)生巾后，我鼓起了對抗世界的勇氣。
然后，我的銷售團隊在當(dāng)天拿到了銷冠。。。
我很感謝各位姐姐阿姨在晚上的時候已經(jīng)完全我忽略了我的性別，并且十分放心購買我給他們推薦的產(chǎn)品，設(shè)計的Demo演示法也成功的吸引了一批小姐姐的注意，當(dāng)然最后成功sell in給兩個男生絕對是我能吹一輩子的事情。后遺癥就是。。我到現(xiàn)在進到便利店的時候還是會習(xí)慣性的看衛(wèi)生巾陳列，希望有一天護舒寶可以搶占第一視覺陳列區(qū)！

故事在這里并沒有結(jié)束，在我確定入職之后yolanda還給我寄了一個本子和一個明信片，雖然在暑假push我最狠，但也讓我在qualification的時候過的最穩(wěn)。不同于那些虛情假意，我們market的人來吉林滑雪的時候真的請我過去吃了一頓飯，當(dāng)然，這頓飯讓我成功的拒掉了當(dāng)時還在疑惑選擇的其他offer
我很感謝yolanda對我的信任和耐心，也感kiki和其他同事那天請我吃的飯。我不是一個自信的人，但寶潔用一個又一個項目告訴我，其實我可以做的不錯。
